　　Of course, arguments will be raised against my standpoint. Some people criticize it on the grounds that these problems can be resolved through diplomacy and dialogue. However, in my opinion, the unavoidable Information Warfare will be waged because it can be. History clearly shows that any new technology, regardless of its original intentions, soon finds its way into the warriors.
